Prior to real estate, Luly has extensive background experience in marketing, online sales and as a social media strategist for high net worth wealth management firm clients. Luly also worked as a marketing assistant for several years with real estate developers in South Florida. Real estate runs in her family as both her father and mother, maternal aunt and uncle were licensed real estate agents in South Florida. She is fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a member of the Hendersonville Board of REALTORS®.
Originally born and raised in Miami, Florida, Luly is married to Gerry Lopez and along with their first two sons – Cristian and Julian, moved to the North Carolina mountains in 2003 making this area their home. In 2007, they welcomed their third son, Adrian. Cristian is currently in optometry school, Julian is in college majoring in Finance, and Adrian is in high school. Luly and Gerry enjoy hiking, discovering new restaurants and bars (foodies), and traveling. Her husband and three sons are everything to her.
She enjoys volunteering for the Asheville Humane Society along with her youngest son, Adrian.

A Contemporary Advisor and Broker with the Asheville area office of NorthGroup Real Estate, Gerardo "Gerry" Lopez was born in Habana, Cuba & raised in Miami, Florida. He and his wife, Luly, fell in love with the Western North Carolina mountains shortly after they got married. His 3 sons and wife are everything to him. They lived 14 years in Haywood County (Waynesville) & in 2017 moved to Buncombe County (Asheville). He loves the natural beauty of this area and feels blessed to have so many different dining options in Asheville and around Western North Carolina. Before becoming licensed in real estate, Gerry was real estate assistant for his wife. He also worked for Haywood County Schools for over 11 years in the central office. Gerry and Luly had a successful e-commerce business for over two decades where they were immersed in daily customer service. Prior to moving to North Carolina, he worked for over 20 years assisting prominent real estate developers in South Florida. Additionally, Gerry brings substantial sales experience from different industry sectors such as construction materials–specifically, roof trusses, office equipment and more.
